1. Agreement
By accessing buna.science or purchasing products from Buna Science, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Products & Ordering
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets. All transactions are encrypted.
4. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates, costs, and international shipping details. Per the FTC Mail Order Rule, we will ship within the timeframe stated at checkout or notify you of any delay and offer the right to cancel.
5. Returns & Refunds
See our Return & Refund Policy. EU/EEA/UK customers have a mandatory 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases. Australian customers are entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Subscriptions
Coffee subscriptions auto-renew at the interval you select. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. No cancellation fees. Unused portions are not refunded.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, and software on buna.science are owned by Buna Science. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buna Science is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida, except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws. EU consumers may bring claims in their local courts as required by Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.

11. Age Restriction
You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase or create an account.
12. Modifications
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
