Domestic (United States)
- Standard: 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $40.
- Expedited: 2–3 business days.
- Overnight: Next business day (order by 12pm ET).
International
- Canada: 5–10 business days.
- Europe: 7–14 business days.
- Asia Pacific: 10–21 business days.
- Rest of World: 10–28 business days.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm ET on business days are typically processed the same day. Coffee is roasted to order — please allow 1–2 additional business days for fresh roasting before shipment.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at [email protected]. We will replace the order or issue a full refund.
FTC Compliance
Per the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at checkout, we will notify you promptly and offer the right to cancel for a full refund.
